Our health is our most precious asset!
What would we do and be without it?
I have always been very keen in finding out what keeps us in good health, because it is the starting point to anything we do in life.
Prevention is better than cure, isn’t it?
We know that there is a link between a body deficient in minerals and disease, therefore the solution is to have a diet rich in minerals so that our body will be filled with these vital ingredients that are indispensable to our wellbeing.
We also know that our food doesn’t have all the minerals that used to have in the past, because of impoverished soil, hence the recommendation to eat more and more fruit and vegetables per day.
How much can we eat though if minerals are missing in the soil in the first place?
Isn’t it a catch 22 type of situation?
“Minerals in the soil control the metabolism of plants, animals and man. All of life will be either healthy or unhealthy according to the fertility of the soil.” This was already stated by Doctor Alexus Carrel, Noble prize winner in 1912.
We can survive longer without vitamins than we can without minerals, because without minerals vitamins cannot be absorbed by our body.
Minerals are the source of our physical life, our bodies consist of 98% of minerals and we need a full range of them every day, they control every organ and all electrical impulses in our body.
I found a way to give my body every day all the minerals that it needs and they are also plant derived therefore absorbable!
