Gabriella Guglielminotti Trivel

I was born in Italy, I studied English, French, German and Arabic at the University of Turin, my home city, specializing in interpreting and tourism. I travelled around Europe, Asia, Africa and America.
I first became acquainted with the holistic approach to health in 1987 when collaborating as an interpreter with an international training centre in the Swiss Alps, the International Macrobiotic Institute of Kiental. I came into contact with Macrobiotics, Shiatsu Massage, Oriental Diagnosis, Feng Shui, Aura-Soma and other related techniques.

My first Fire Walk in 1996 and other passage tests like the native American Indian ritual of the arrow gave me the taste for stretching myself further and further to overcome physical and mental limits and investigate the boundaries of human potential.

A dramatic accident with a local dromedary in Egypt in front of the Giza pyramids in 1997 showed me that the human body is a very resilient machine who serves us well, if we take care of it. I was bitten by a dromedary and survived it!

I moved to London in 1998 and after several years working in the travel industry I decided to go back to my love of all time: the human mind and its potential.
I trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line therapy in 2006 becoming a Master Practitioner in Tampa, Florida, with Topher Morrison. Later on I decided to combine the fascinating tools I acquired with my passion of travelling and adventure, I love the outdoors!

I went on a breakthrough trip to the extreme and pristine continent of Antarctica and South America in March 08 and came back with a new view of myself.

Challenging my strength and capabilities has always been a trait of my character, but this time my mission was going to the next level to be able to inspire and help others to do the same.
A full immersion in the astonishing scenery of the Antarctic continent, ice climbing, kayaking, camping on ice overnight, exploring the Antarctic peninsula has pushed me to a different level in the inner world of human potential where the impossible bends to determination and vision.

I am writing at present a book because I want to produce a documentary about my adventure in Antarctica to share with the world my insights and the skills I acquired during the journey.

I am also taking lessons to learn to fly gliders to become a real Flying Inspiration!
